Life coaching enables people to make change and transformation in their lives. Life coaching can bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be by examining your fears, beliefs, values and becoming aware of how they hold you back. Most people are unaware of their values yet they determine the decisions we make, and decisions determine the course of our lives. If you choose to undertake life coaching with me, we will be discovering what is important to you, what you need in your life and how to get there. You will identify your goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

There are so many life coaches out there that it can be frustrating deciding which coach or program is best for you. You need to determine what it is you want from coaching and the qualities that you want from your coach.
Sessions
Life coaching can be face-to-face, by telephone or on-line. Face to face sessions are at my rooms at Frankston or Moorabbin. Telephone sessions involve you calling me at an agreed time and for a set duration.
You may call or email me between times if you need “spot coaching”, have a problem, or can’t wait to share your achievements with me.
I am able to design a package to suit your needs or if you would prefer, we can catch up on a session by session basis.
