Counselling is for individuals for whom anxiety, depression, stress or some other challenge is affecting their quality of life. Traditionally psychology has focused on what is wrong with a client rather than what is right with them. I apply positive psychology which focuses on the strengths of the individuals and how to use these strengths as a buffer against depression and anxiety. I strongly believe that no one needs to be 'fixed' and that we have everything that we need inside us. You just need someone to guide you, support you and to provide an encouraging relationship that will enable you to gain clarity and insight into your life and the life that you want and deserve. |

Sessions are safe and supportive to your personal growth and healing. You will learn self help techniques that you can take away to use when needed to greatly enhance and support your own development. Techniques used include: Positive psychology, ACT, EFT, Mindfulness and Mindful Self Compassion. You can choose from walk & talk sessions or sessions at my Moorabbin rooms.
