One of the biggest challenges in our busy lives seems to be time. Unfortunately, often exercise is the first thing that is sacrificed. Yet exercise is one of the most important factors for our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
A lightbulb moment came when a client shared that she would need to forego her daily walk because attending our counselling session meant she had no other time for exercise. I wondered...what if we could have a counselling or life coaching session with a bit of exercise, scenery, fresh air and even some mindfulness thrown in?
How it works:
- Multitasking to the Max - combining your exercise with your psychology treatment or life coaching session, fresh air & Vitamin D!!
- You may be able to claim a rebate from medicare or your private health insurance
- Early appointments available (6am)
- You are welcome to bring your dog or baby in a pusher
