​My purpose is to assist my clients to discover and achieve their true potential.  I strongly believe that we have everything that we need inside us to do this.  Sometimes we just need someone to guide us, support us and to provide a genuine and encouraging relationship that enables us to gain clarity and insight into our life and the life that we want.

The sole purpose of my business is to connect with my clients and to assist them to create the positive transformations they desire in their life.  The name ‘Barefoot’ signifies to me playfulness, genuineness and freedom to be who you want to be.  It is childlike and to me children are exceptional, they have no fears, live for the moment and have limitless potential.  They are free from the pretences and uncertainties adults have that restrict them from fulfilling their vision.

I commit to my clients 100% and undertake to continue accumulating knowledge and skills to share with my clients.
I am a registered psychologist and qualified Life Coach.  I have completed additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Therapies, EFT, Reiki and Complementary Therapies.
